The Farmhouse Nonna Teresa is located within the Historical Park Anzano Del Parco (now called Park Of Villa Carcano), as well as in the center of the medieval village, near the remains of the drawbridge, in Piazza Roma which leads to the parish church San Michele Arcangelo. Certain traces of the presence of this structure are already evident in the early 1700s: in the cadastre Teresiano, paper of 'era, we note the presence of a building, it indicated as a diner, located in the place where is now the farmhouse, similar in shape and dimensions to it.
