Monza Park (Day Trip) Monza

Comments

Monza is best known for its Grand Prix motor racing circuit, the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, which hosts the Formula One Italian Grand Prix. But less known is the 1693 acre park it is located in which features gardens and a Royal Palace enclosed by walls—among the largest in Europe. For car enthusiasts, you need not wait until race day as you can take anything from a Lamborghini to a Formula 1 for spin on the track.

Not Just on Race Day...

The Monza circuit is always open to visitors during the year, with the exception of Christmas Holidays, with entry from Vedano gate and during the events also from Biassono/Santa Maria alle Selve Gate. Tour the grounds, purchase racing merchandise or visit the Museum of Speed where motorsport enthusiasts can experience the history of the Monza circuit, the cars, motorcycles and riders. In the exhibition there are several installations that create an exciting and multi-sensory experience with collectibles, pictures, movies, multimedia, roar of engines, even a wind tunnel to test the aerodynamics of the models and a virtual lap.
