About Our Rooms

All twenty-three rooms, each one unique and located on multiple levels, are spacious and bright. The different room types can accommodate couples and families, groups and single travelers. A quiet and refreshing night’s rest after a day at the lake, of sports or after an exciting motorbike ride, breakfast on the spacious terrace, reading a book in the shade of the lime trees of the vast garden, are a few examples of what Villa San Fedele has to offer. About Valle d’Intelvi

The Intelvi Valley stretches for nearly twelve kilometers northward from Como (20 km), between Lake Como (Lario) and Lake Lugano (Ceresio) and is cut through by the river Telo. The sunny and charming valley opens onto the mountains just over a thousand meters high, with green pastures and moraine slopes. A mild climate and rich vegetation are key features of the valley. The undulating landscape is one of the most beautiful in the Alps of Lombardy. Famous holiday resorts and hamlets that remain almost untouched for their archaic simplicity can be reached by three access routes: from Argegno on Lake Como, from Osteno on Lake Lugano and from Lanzo, through the steep Val Mara which levels out near the Swiss-Italian border.
