La Ca' Noeva ( New House in the local dialect), despite its name, is a house built around 200 years ago and belongs to ancient village of Gittana, a hamlet of the commune of Perledo, which is 5 minutes' drive away from the famous resort of Varenna. La Ca' Noeva offers guests the chance to see Lake Como from a different and unique perspective, away from the usual tourist routes and yet very close to the most famous and visited places on the lake.
